UltraWerk™
Titanium.

Light on the wrist. Built for real use.

A material chosen for the way it wears. A surface developed for the life it leads. UltraWerk™ brings Dievas’ proprietary protective treatment to Grade 5 titanium, enhancing scratch and corrosion resistance while retaining the metal’s natural microblasted character.

A tool watch begins with the material.

A Dievas watch is built to be worn. Its case meets the wrist, the weather and the unremarkable knocks of a working day. For us, the choice of metal is part of the design from the very beginning.

Our work with protective materials has taken different forms over the years, including the hardened steel of 6STEEL. UltraWerk continues that pursuit of durability with a different foundation: Grade 5 titanium. The material changes. The commitment to a dependable instrument remains.

The return to titanium.

When we revisited our hybrid divers in 2025, we returned to the qualities that have always given the Vortex its purpose: a clear dial, a distinctive case and a watch that feels settled on the wrist.

Grade 5 titanium supports that direction. It brings strength with less weight, allowing a compact case to retain its bold geometry without feeling heavy in daily use. Machined in Germany and finished with a fine microblasted texture, it gives the new generation its recognisable, muted grey character.

Protection that preserves the character.

That natural finish matters. The grain of the metal, the definition of a lug and the way a matte surface meets the light are all part of how a Dievas feels.

UltraWerk is our proprietary surface technology for Grade 5 titanium. Its transparent protective treatment enhances scratch resistance and corrosion protection while preserving the natural tone of the metal. The microblasted texture remains visible; the geometry remains sharply defined.

The intention is straightforward: give the surface greater resilience while keeping the titanium recognisably itself. You see the material and the machining, with protection working quietly alongside them.

The same thinking, from case to bracelet.

A watch does not end at the lugs. The bracelet is part of the experience every time it moves with the wrist, rests against a desk or adjusts through the day.

The current titanium collection carries UltraWerk from the case to a matching, microblasted titanium bracelet. Its solid links give the watch a continuous material character, while quick-release spring bars make removal straightforward. An extendable clasp allows the fit to adapt during wear.

For us, this continuity is the point: protection, finish and comfort considered together across the watch you actually wear.

Built around wearing it.

The value of a protective treatment is felt over time. It is there for the desk edge, the cuff and the small, repeated contacts that come with taking a watch through an ordinary day.

UltraWerk enhances resistance to surface wear; it does not make a watch immune to damage. Strong impacts can still leave their mark. Our aim is a watch that can be used with confidence, with the care and maintenance that any mechanical instrument deserves.

Across Vortex, Marine, Arctic and Solaris, the dials and bezel materials tell different stories. Beneath those individual expressions is a shared approach to the case and bracelet: lightweight titanium, a controlled matte finish and UltraWerk surface protection.

Precision, functionality and durability guide our work. UltraWerk brings those values to the surface of our titanium watches, without losing the character that drew us to the material in the first place.
